Peperomia Caperata Emerald Ripples is a compact evergreen perennial featuring heart shaped, emerald green foliage with textured, deeply rippled veins. During the year, tiny creamy white flowers appear on conical stalks.
Peperomia Emerald Ripples makes an excellent indoor foliage plant, grow indoors in a well lit position, water only when the soil is dry and avoid wetting the foliage too much, liquid feed regularly ( once per month), for better health, results and growth. Peperomia can be grown outdoors in warmer more humid, climates, in areas of the garden, like a fernery, but sadly here in Victoria, it is too cold to have peperomias outdoors throughout the year…. maybe in pots or containers in a covered area outside during the warmer months is ok, but once the weather cools, they will need to be brought back inside the home
