Chlorophytum varigatum ” Spider Plant” is a variegated perennial foliage plant with attractive narrow pointed leaves, forming slow spreading clumps from which new plantlets arise on thin stems.
Spider Plants grow best in filtered light to partial shade, indoor and out, but are frost tender, so keep them in a warmer, draught free position.
Spider plants are best in pots and containers, but look amazing in hanging baskets. Pot into free draining soils, Water moderately and repot when over crowded. New plants can be grown from the plantlets.
